After 12 years, Managers Carol and John have moved onto pastures new with Andrew Morris and Rachel Howard taking over in August 2008.

It's the first time the two have run a puib together, but they have plenty of pedigree. Andy has worked for Youngs, Hydes and Whitbred while Rachel has worked at the John Millington in Cheadle and was Events Manager at Tatton Park.

Andy and Rachel will be working hard over the next few months to keep all the things you like the same, as well as introducing plenty of new events and exclusive offers.
 

The Spring Inn has been a public house for at least 130 years. The original owner of the site was a farmer, who would sell his homebrew ales from his farmhouse to the local community. The pub is still very much a community pub to this day, though the quality of ale has improved somewhat.

It is owned by JW Lees Brewers, and is run by Andrew Morris and Rachel Howard, as it has been since August 2008. As well as offering a full range of JW Lees cask ales, the pub serves freshly made food, with locally sourced ingredients.
 

The Spring Inn is home to many community clubs from Cycling to Darts and Slimmers to Pudding fanatics.
