The application process
Before you start our application process, we recommend you have a look at our latest opportunities. It’ll give you a flavour of the sort of pubs we currently have on offer. You don’t have to have a specific pub in mind when you apply though.| 1. | Complete our application form and email or post back to JW Lees |
| 2. | Your application will then be reviewed and one of our Area Managers will arrange an informal chat with you. |
| 3. | You’ll be presented with a list of suitable pubs, that offer you the type of pub you’re after. |
| 4. | Your Area Manager will then meet you to discuss your chosen pub. |
| 5. | Your Area Manager will accompany you on a formal viewing of the pub. |
| 6. | You’ll have another meeting to discuss the pub specific details. |

| 7. | You then need to devise a business and financial plan. |
| 8. | You’ll then have a final interview with the Director of Pub Operations. |
| 9. | If successful, you’ll receive a formal offer letter for the pub. |
| 10. | You’ll then agree a takeover date with your Area Manager, and it’s all systems go. |
