The application process
For General Managers| 1. | Fill in an application form or submit your CV by filling in our let us know you're interested form. You don’t have to have a specific pub in mind to do this. |
| 2. | We’ll review your application and if successful, you’ll be invited to an interview with one of our Area Managers. |
| 3. | If successful, we’ll either add you to our holding list until the perfect pub becomes available for you. If there’s a suitable pub with a General Manager vacancy already, you’ll be asked to submit a business plan to the Director of Retail. |
| 4. | You’ll then be invited in for a second interview to meet the Director of Retail. If your second interview is successful, the job’s yours and a start date will be agreed. |
