The application process

For General Managers
1. Fill in an application form or submit your CV by filling in our
let us know you're interested form. You don’t have to
have a specific pub in mind to do this.
2. We’ll review your application and if successful, you’ll be
invited to an interview with one of our Area Managers.
3. If successful, we’ll either add you to our holding list until the perfect pub becomes available for you. If there’s a suitable
pub with a General Manager vacancy already, you’ll be asked
to submit a business plan to the Director of Retail.
4. You’ll then be invited in for a second interview to meet the Director of Retail. If your second interview is successful, the job’s yours and a start date will be agreed.

spacerFor Assistant Managers and Head Chefs

1. View the current job vacancies. Once you’ve found a position you like the look of, e-mail your CV directly to the pub. The contact details for each pub can be found on the vacancy details.
2. The General Manager will review your CV and if successful, you’ll be invited to an interview with the General Manager.
3. If successful, the job’s yours and a start date will be agreed.
