What is a JW Lees tenancy?
A traditional, no-nonsense, three-year, non-assignable
agreement with a full purchase tie. This means JW Lees
own the pub and are responsible for structural repairs
while you maintain the interior and focus on running
the pub.
The agreement is supported by our code of practice
and
full support from a dedicated team back at the Brewery who want to help you get on with running
the pub.
