What training is on offer?
At JW Lees we have experience of dealing with both experienced tenants who often just want to get on with running their business, but also with people who arenew to the trade and need more help and support.
We have a full range of training programmes and the Brewery is a BII accredited training centre. For inexperienced tenants we also operate a buddy system where experienced tenants can lend a hand.

| Other support Being a JW Lees tenant is a great opportunity to cash in on your entrepreneurial flair through your own ideas, initiative and personality, but sometimes you need outside support and someone to bounce your ideas off. Your JW Lees Area Manager is there to work with you with a monthly business review meeting and drop-in visits to keep you in the know about changes in legislation, as well as ways of building your business. JW Lees have one of the best Area Manager to pub ratios in the industry, which means they're there for you and have the time to help. In addition to your Area Manager we offer other support services including:
