We are currently, recruiting for a 2nd Chef for the Duckworth Arms, Bury.

As a 2nd chef:

	You should have a strong food background.
	Experience in high volume freshly cooked food.
	Have a passion for food.
	Have creativity and flair in designing one-off special menus.
	Be computer literate.
	Motivate, train, give feedback & support to the kitchen team.
	You will be positive, presentable, self-motivated, with an
	enthusiastic and passionate manner about service
	and the team.
	Have experience of stock control.
	Developing sales with food offers.
	Managing budgets and profit & loss.
	Maintaining and championing high standards in
	presentation and hygiene.
