We are currently, recruiting for a Head Chef, in one of our flagship pubs. The Elizabethan, Heaton Moor is an extremely high volume pub, has just had a major refurbishment and is at the cutting edge of what JW Lees is about.

As a Head Chef: -

	You should have a strong background in catering
	You should have experience up to a commis chef level (or similar)
	Have a very positive, customer service driven outlook
	A knowledge of accepting and ordering stock
	Be computer literate
	Be able into integrate into a large team and be able to demonstrate the following skills, to motivate, to develop, to recruit, to train, to monitor, give feedback & support the kitchen team
	You will be positive, presentable, self-motivated, with an enthusiastic and passionate manner about service and the team
	Have worked in a busy high volume outlet, making fresh food to order
	Have experience in managing your kitchens GP% level
	Have at least a level 2 in food safety (level 3 would be preferable)
